Left high and dry after years of loyal patronage!! It's mid-December and I was running low on oil. So,I ordered oil like I always have and received a call that they would not be able to make it and would try again the following day but would call. Next day, no call, no oil again. The following Tuesday I called to ask why there was no oil and got an incompetent woman saying she just didn't know why. I explained that on my original call I was low and that now I was almost out.
