Greg was amazing, easy to talk to and he called me when he was about 30 mins away instead of just showing up randomly in a 2 hour window. Greg was incredibly thorough and can’t say enough good things about him.
Scott and Kyle were both incredible. They communicated well, were personable, absolutely knew exactly what they were doing and got the AC replaced in record time. Will always recommend B & B, especially Scott and Kyle. Not to mention their lovely counterpart Gerry who came to check what was needed beforehand. Frankly, I'm pretty sure that if I were their employer, I'd consider giving them bonuses because they are all assets to the B & B team.
Everything went smoothly, the installer was a nice guy and a good worker. Very pleased with AC/heater and the installation.
