We called on a Saturday morning, this last heatwave, because our AC stopped pumping cold. We were told he could make it out that afternoon, and he sure did! Thank you! Super nice, super professional. If I could, I would give more stars!
Texted problem with my central heat and air unit, responded very quickly and walked me thru the problem without ever coming, problem solved in less than 30 minutes
Responded quickly Very polite Friendly Easy going Found problem and fixed.
Initially was impressed because of the quick response. But then he did not show up either time said he would. Very inconsiderate!
Contacted took forever to get back with us finally came out and was suppose to order part after we contacted him again(3 weeks later) he said he had part and would be out that Friday and he no showed. We once again called he said he would be out again that Monday Tuesday once again a no show Over 3 weeks later we’ve tried calling and texting and nothing.
