No greeting upon entering. Two employees dropping the f-bomb like it's going out of style about another customer. Went to pay for some shirts and never said hi, or find everything you needed. Handed him my card and throws it back on to the counter rather than handing it to me. Will not ever go back! Learn some customer service skills!
The only reason I give one star is because zero isn't an option. What dealer sells a bike out from under you when an agreement had been made?? Shameful. I guess integrity isn't part of their vocabulary.
