They do not stand behind their equipment. We had 2 commercial deep fryers go bad in 29 months. After the first one started leaking oil they replaced it and said it was an isolated incident. Well in 14 months later 2nd fryer did exact same thing. Wouldn't even consider giving me a price break on a replacement- not even an apology
