I recently assisted my neighbor in replacing her septic system through the aquifund, and I must say, B&B exceeded all expectations. They demonstrated a deep understanding and consideration for my neighbor's communication preferences, kept us well-informed throughout the process, and went the extra mile to ensure her comfort during what can be a daunting experience. I hired B&B to pump my septic at my home on Cape in March of 2024. They unfortunately punctured my irrigation lines in the process, which now need to be repaired. We called and reported this, hoping someone would come out and fix the damage they caused. However, we were offered no help and instead were simply told they weren't responsible for private lines on the property. We were never told this ahead of time, nor did we sign or discuss any waiver of liability while B&B was on my property. The customer service we received w... read more
