I had a leak from my washer onto my laundry room floor. I had to have my floor replaced and B&B replaced the carpet . They where professional and the carpet looks amazing !
I can't really say much. They're supposed to be there until 2. We drove down there about 11, and no one was there. I called and left a message. No one bothered to call back.
Bruce and his guys are the best.
We had B&B refinish and install hardwood floors throughout most of our main level at a cosy of about $16,000.00. It looked good at first but was supposed to be Satin finish and appears to be Flat or Matte. The problem is the floor is very fragile and scrtches VERY easily. We got a scratch when they were installing new appliances a month after they installed the floor and wanted B&B to repair the scratches AT OUR EXPENSE. That was May it is now August 22, 2016.
