B&B handled the electric work for a new home build. This included the installation of dozens of wafer lights, which were defective. We asked that all lights be replaced when we moved it, but B&B instead opted to return whenever a light would break to replace it. After years of these lights continuing to break, B&B will no longer fix them. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 for actually keeping up with this for a long time, which is better than nothing.
