I scheduled an appointment with Rick who showed up and evaluated the work that needed to be done. He said he would provide me a quote. He never responded in 3 days after doing the inspection. I called and left voicemails, as well as several emails. After over one week I figured there was no point since he was not going to respond. He never gave a reason for not doing the work. Very unprofessional service.
I had Rick work on my homes and each time I am impressed with the results and with his attitude that his customers' happiness come first. Rick's caliber is scalable for commercial, industrial, as well as residential. His expertise in both electrical and general contracting is a rare find.
Rick and Chris were EXCELLENT! We had a short circuit in our house, and I had troubleshot it as far as I was capable. Rick and Chris came in and listened to my explanation of the problem, what we were doing at the time, then dove in and started troubleshooting! They were far more thorough than I was, including going into the attic crawl space looking for signs of burned wiring. They were able to trace the problem down to a wire that I had excused as "ok", with better technology. Testing and repair and we are back in business... read more
