Had a backed up floor drain in the basement that needed urgent attention. B&B was able to get a tech out within two hours the day of the discovery. It took Russ less that an hour to identify the problem, fix it, and provide us with tips on how to keep up with the drain so we didn't have any more major incidents. The entire group couldn't have been more professional and we will be relying on them with all of our plumbing issues in the future.
B&B was quick to get us scheduled and have our issue addressed ASAP. Sal was our service tech and he was AMAZING! He was quick, friendly, and willing to share his knowledge. He fixed our issue within 30 minutes and even taught us something in the process. He saved the day and our drain is as good as new. You’re our hero, Sal!

They unclogged a toilet. Expensive, but it worked. Kind of wish they had brought silicone though. Here's what they wrote, typos and all (e.g. "would flush"): Ran 11/16 4” blades through 3” stack CO 100ft. Basement toilet would flush. Had to pull toilet. Ran cable with blades through stool arm to clay tile. Line is open and draining. Ran camera into sewer to see condition of pipe. Pipe is 4 inch cast iron then turns 6 inch clay tile.
