Brought my 2000 Yukon to B&B collision after it was stolen and recovered, they gave me a date and time when my truck will be ready for pick up I said ok, but it kept getting pushed back AND pushed back, eventually I got my truck back and I was not happy with the work, I was missing my 3rd row seat AND car stereo they said they will call me when they get it and to bring the truck back, that was 4 years ago, I am still waiting.
One star because it's not possible to give 0. I took my VW there after someone rear ended it thinking they would take better care of it, and they took more than $7000 from my insurance to fix just the cosmetics (outside). I went back a couple of days after I picked it up because I kept hearing a weird sound (that of course, wasn't there before).
