AVOID AVOID AVOID this company! Our caravan went in for MINOR repairs B & B damaged our van in excess of $60,000 worth of damages and it got WRITTEN OFF! Kate is rude, sneaky and knows the system on how to get your van cash settled through insurance so they don’t have to do the works! Do not book anything with this company, I’m surprised they are still open. I can only imagine how many other people they have done this too. Appalling customer service and attitude. If I could give a negative star I would.
The team booked me in at short notice prior to Christmas holiday time. Manage to look at my concern and additional items. Repaired on the day and returned. Great customer service.

Great staff great service and its the best around
I had my first service at this place and seemed to go well. They advised they were lodging my minor warranty claim and it would take some time which was fine. After about 4months I checked in and was advised they were still waiting. I waited another 6 months and had no reply so reached out once more a month later and no reply contact. I reached out again the next month to then be advised they were closed with no offer to get back to me. So a month later I reached out again and still no return contact.
