Thank you again to the team at B & B Caravans for taking excellent care of our Jayco caravan. Most recently, we sought their help with a very urgent repair. We spoke with Kate and Belinda - their customer service was just wonderful. They were incredibly accomodating and went above and beyond to fit us in amongst all their own work. Phoned early afternoon to see if they could assist with my fridge problem. Arrived at their premises and Mick came out to have look. Problem rectified and back on the road after 15 minutes. Excellent knowledge and service. Thanks guys.
B&B caravan repairs were once again brilliant. I dropped in chasing a small screw for awing whilst heading away for the weekend. They simply grabbed the right screw and put it my hand and did not charge me. It’s wonderful to deal such great people
AVOID AVOID AVOID this company! Our caravan went in for MINOR repairs B & B damaged our van in excess of $60,000 worth of damages and it got WRITTEN OFF! Kate is rude, sneaky and knows the system on how to get your van cash settled through insurance so they don’t have to do the works! Do not book anything with this company, I’m surprised they are still open. I can only imagine how many other people they have done this too. Appalling customer service and attitude. If I could give a negative star I would.
The team booked me in at short notice prior to Christmas holiday time. Manage to look at my concern and additional items. Repaired on the day and returned. Great customer service.
