I stopped in the E Main St location for a quick oil change. The service technician broke my grill on my car, gave me the broken piece, and still charged me for the service. Upon calling and speaking to Dean, the GM, they are refusing to repair the damages.

This is what happens when you take your car to BB&C car wash they damage your car and to beat all the owner said there was no way that could happen there, it looks like I will need an attorney for this one. One one should ever use their wash or other services.
Had a flat tire at motomart and Roger went out of his way to help us!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!
