WAITING FOR THEM TO MAKE GOOD ON A RETURNED CHECK!!
I have called B&B builders numerous times since June 2019, regarding a seawall repair on Canandaigua Lake, after having received a recommendation from a previous client. Perhaps they do fine work , but we will never know. We will not do business with a company who refuses to return phone calls. Perhaps they are “busy”, but need I remind them that not returning phone calls is not only rude but poor business practice. I have used B&B several times through the years and have been very pleased with the results. Theier employees always were respectful and pleasant to work with.
A gentleman arrived today at my home with this company on the side of his truck to pick up a dumpster full of renovation waste. (I am not using this company for our renovations - it is a subcontractor for our dumpster service.) When I saw him preparing the dumpster with a cover for removal I asked if he could wait for a minute while I removed almost a full square of shingles that had been discarded by accident.
