DO NOT USE THIS BILLING SERVICE IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN. This is my experience with B&B Billing Solutions after visiting the medical office of Dr. Robert Slater at El Dorado Orthopedics in Folsom: I was seen by Dr. Slater in November of last year to address two fractured bones. I had read previous Yelp! reviews regarding his demeanor and went in not expecting very much in terms of customer service. Lady who answered the phone has no customer service skills, rude and no professionalism. I kindly asked for my reciept and question on bill was given aggresive responses. Still waiting for my reciept. If want patients returning to your business find someone better to handle billing!!!
