Called and spoke to Bill about setting up a table. He answered questions and was very courteous and friendly. I will definately use their service for future table issues.
I spoke with Bill, he is the nicest guy! I called other Billiard Services and had to leave a message so when or if they called me back, but B&B Billiard Services answered my call and went out of his way to explain and even gave me his cell number to get in touch if he was out... What a sweetheart I tell you! Now customer service now-a-days is a lost art, so when you find it, it is like gold. Bill, you rock!
