With a receipt they always find a reason to not return your money. I have seen black customers ask a question, and it's always the same rude, jump to conclusion assumption that people of color are lying. Without a receipt, forget about going in there, they will not exchange anything, even if they remember you from the day before. This company changed their name. Probably because of how many bad reviews they had. They are also listed as Dots beauty supply so read reviews for both stores. My mother in law came to visit. She wanted me to do her hair. We went here for supplies and after about 5 minutes of being in the store she came out very upset. When she got in the car she replied "take me somewhere else, I'm not shopping in a store where they follow me the whole time." I took her to M&M and she loved them.
