Dropped my car off on march 31st because of a ticking noise coming from my engine. It sat there for three weeks while he told me NOTHING was wrong with it. So we picked it up, and within ONE HOUR my car died while I was driving it and wouldn’t start, the engine won’t even turn over. We had it towed back on MAY 1st, all we got was the run around, he said it was the fuel pump, he said he BOUGHT IT. Really disappointed . Been going here for 10 years always good for his work and time. Unfortunately all good things come to an end I guess. Was there recently he took 2 days to "fix" the problem. I got it back and the problem is still there! Took it back in (3 days of loss wages now) just for home to tell me to bring it in the following day! Took it in and again tells me he needs one more day to fix it..... It's a sensor for gawd sakes then tells me it's a different sensor not the one I originally paid 250 for him to "fix" s... read more
the service was great. After being told I needed a new engine from another garage, I went to B&B for a second opinion and it turned out I just needed new lifters. Thanks Bruce you saved me a lot of time and unnecessary money. Great place.
