We were told on a Friday that they would not be able to get our vehicle in until the following Thursday. We dropped the vehicle off the NIGHT BEFORE, and it still took them until the close of business on the next TUESDAY ( 4 full business days) to finish the work. All for a simple hose that needed to be replaced. 124.00 for 30 dollars worth of parts. Will NOT be using them again. Unfriendly, uncaring, indifferent.
