Had a Dryer Repaired. Excellent service. Good Communication on when they could get there and basic cost. Arrived when they said they would and explained what they found. Very professional. Would recommend.
Do not contact this company for repairs. My experience was extremely upsetting due to rude and verbally aggressive behavior from their staff. A technician came out to repair my washer but was unable to recreate the problem I described. He told me he would order several parts and return to install them. I went without a washer for several weeks while waiting. When the parts were installed, the issue was not fixed. Weeks later, I scheduled another visit. Contacted the office regarding a needed repair, and the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise if you have a warranty through a major retailer to ask for alternative service options. When I went back to read the reviews I was shocked by how many people were echoing the exact same treatment I had experienced. Unprofessional and Shady Business! My first dealing with this company occurred in August of 2024 when they were hired through Lowes Warranty to fix my deep freezer. After waiting for 3 months for a new part, they finally came to repair it. Someone at their office closed my claim before they received payment from Lowes and as a result blew up my phone with voicemails demanding payment.
