Unprofessional and Shady Business! My first dealing with this company occurred in August of 2024 when they were hired through Lowes Warranty to fix my deep freezer. After waiting for 3 months for a new part, they finally came to repair it. Someone at their office closed my claim before they received payment from Lowes and as a result blew up my phone with voicemails demanding payment. A tech came out to diagnose the issue with our oven. After a few minutes of trying to get the oven door off, he gave up. He said they were going to order a bunch of parts and just keep replacing parts until they've found the problem. They called us back with a quote that included $1,600 for labor alone. We tried asking a few follow up questions and the person on the phone got frustrated and hung up on us. I'd avoid using this company at all costs.

Came out and had my washer fixed in 10 minutes. This was after I had another repair guy here 3 times and it still wasn't fixed! They told me to junk it. B&B knew the issue (dog hair blocking a Lazer so it couldn't connect) right away. I had already changed 3 parts! Absolutely recommend!
