I have been a customer of B&B for 19 years and today I had my semi-annual maintenance. My technician was Jason who did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and explained step by step what he was doing and why he was doing it. This is what makes B&B stand out from its competitors, knowledgeable technicians like Jason. Moving forward I would like Jason to be my technician on future maintenance visits if possible. I was very impressed.
After 21 years of use our HVAC system had its first serious problem. Nestor came and diagnosed the problem and presented us with options. Absolutely no pressure. After doing my own research into other HVAC services it was clear that B&B was a company who still believes that customer service excellence is what keeps customers and converts other customers.
