Horrible Horrible place do not go here your braids will be falling out They are money hungry
I never thought I’d be disappointed while only asking for wig braids but here we are. I am such a big and passionate person about black businesses prospering but I feel like this business showed very little compassion and care about rectifying an issue (poor braiding job). The stylists have no idea what they are doing besides the owner Fatou. I for the first time in my life actually left a hair salon without services / braids after two hours (1.5 hours of waiting). The ladies at this Hair Braiding salon were professional and caring. Took the time to let me know when she needed a break and did an excellent job with my braids. I also got my son's braids done but they are so tight. Hackensack has meter parking and they will give you a ticket. The side streets are two hour parking and they will give you a ticket (I got a $45 one, so upsetting). Overall I can recommend this place.
