I spoke to Miriam who booked the appointment for my nephews visiting from overseas. They initially did a good job. One of my nephews then decided he wanted a refresh before flying back home. She scheduled the appointment for 6:00pm on Saturday and when we got there she told us we had to wait two hours before they could see us. So disappointed. I am big for supporting our neighborhood small businesses, but they treat clients like they don’t care. I will not recommend nor return.

I went to the shop on Memorial Day for some extra small knotless breeds, which took 10 hours to do and they came out looking great. I went back July 2 to get a touchup and I told Fatou That I wanted it how I had it last time which was not less in the front not in the back and I still wanted the extra small. I’m looking at my hair, wondering why it looks so much Bulkier and I couldn’t figure it out at the time while I was there in mind you it took seven hours to do a touchup which is crazy to me.
