We visited Mercer WI over memorial day weekend and stopped by the B&B shop. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous. We were originally going to rent an ATV but ended up changing our minds and got a Pontoon boat instead. The manager offered to personally drop it off for us, making it very convenient and hastle free. To our big surprise the equipment we got was a brand new boat, super clean and with a full gas tank. B&B Adventure in Mercer delivered an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner and team provided amazing service — friendly, professional, and truly committed to making the process easy and enjoyable. The enclosed 4-seater UTV with heat and AC made the day unforgettable. This is a five-star establishment I’ll continue to use. Great service, great product, and a team that genuinely cares!
