My son has been an established patient for 10+ years yet I can’t seem to get a call back for an appointment for him.. I have left detailed messages because nobody answers the phone. Going elsewhere. Poor customer service.
Be careful choosing which doctor you go to. This particular clinic, while in the past had served me and my family well, has declined in recent years. Their referral coordinator does not get her work done in a timely fashion. I’ve had to, on more than one occasion, go up there and ask them to send referrals because they were never done. great clinic! docs listen and take care of my family very well. front desk is fantastic and helpful as well.
Ashley is spectacular. My daughter has ongoing medical needs due to her being a kidney transplant recipient. It’s is because of Ashley we have been able to take care of a great deal of those needs at B&W instead the beat down of regular road trips to FTW. The best customer Medical care we have received!!
My son and I have been going here for years, we love Shana and always have a good experience!
