Came out looked at an Ash tree - promised us that they could take it down no problem. They had us take down a semi-permanent screened porch as they were afraid they would drop limbs on it. It was a TON of work for us to take it down - and we would be forgoing using it for the summer. Then they come out the day they’re supposed to, bring their equipment in the back, run over and DESTROY my fern plants and then tell me that their equipment wasn’t high enough to do the job. We used B&T Tree Service a few years ago to remove two large willow trees in our back yard. B&T came with a personal recommendation and they exceeded our expectations. They arrived early with a 4 man crew who were very experienced and worked very efficiently. They did not drive their trucks into the back yard but rather climbed the trees, cut them in sections and carried them out 150' to chipper on the street.
