Thank you B and L! Y’all moved quickly to replace 4 tires and 2 rims. Seeing as this load was power only and I was 1/2 way across the country. Y’all were able to fix it and get the load moving again. Appreciate ya!!!

The problem with Google reviews is most people only leave a review when they have had a bad experience. You never hear from the thousands of satisfied customers that have been served. A mobile mechanic service isnt cheap because the cost and risk of such service is so high. My advice to individuals that complain about the price tag, do it yourself. Then review the cost. I can guarantee your outlook will change. As far as the attitude of the mechanics hurting your feelings only because they dont coddle you, grow up snowflake.

Refuses to pay their debts for Benard Trucking. The reviews speak for themselves.. Pulled their driver out of the ditch in WI two months ago with a 15 minute response time and charge 1/4 what the next company would have charged. Dispatcher Mark promised to pay with a card over the phone so we mistakenly let the driver off the hook to go. Then acted like it was the owners fault. Won't happen again.
