Parents took two generators in the week before Christmas. Knew there would be some delay for holidays but my dad was told they'd be done in a week. Day after Christmas my dad went to the shop to see a sign saying they'd be back January 3rd. Tried to call on the 3rd and multiple times since then with no reply, absolutely 0 communication whatsoever. About to report the generators as stolen at this point.
