I saw what Repoolers did for one of my coworkers and was really impressed. The project I needed help on was nowhere near as big (just replastering a spa), but they were every bit as professional as my friend told me. They did a great job, were on time and on budget. Really good to work with.

We had an emergency at one of our stores in regards to a glass case that was remote-control powered. When calling this company they said they could go out for $125.00 service charge. We gave the CC info and told them any additional repairs or charges to please give us a call. The following day I found that the tech was at the store for a total of 5 minutes and determined it was a mechanical problem and they could do nothing. Brian, one of the owners, came for an emergency at our condo unit. When I called he said he needed a credit card so I gave him mine, but told him the condo association was responsible for paying. He said he would charge them if I gave him the details when he came. When he came here, I told him that the condo rep was on the premises and she would make paying arrangements with him.
