The cleaning was done properly but was misquoted. I was quoted 165.00 for 3 rooms and 7 stairs, then the technician told my husband when I was not there to confirm it was another 40.00 because there was an extra room. There is NO extra room and maybe he should learn to count. I called and I'm still awaiting a call from the technician who cleaned my carpets to speak to him. You honestly can't trust no one unless it's documented on paper.
Worst carpet cleaning company. Gave us an estimate and they left when they showed up. A good company would honour it but they just walked away. Also said we could pay cash. Perhaps CRA would like to know this. Do NOT use this Company!!!!!
