I injured my knee in a bowling accident and tore my hamstring, went to Michael Lauffers Physical Therapy because of great reviews from physical active people’s reviews that were good. That being said I don’t agree with Mr Lauffers skills to help, he helped me a little but then when he didn’t have anything else blamed me for limping on purpose. I am a Ballet/pilates instructor and my job was also on the line. His skills are limited and not quite sure why he wanted to blame me. I am fully better now, found other resources.
Mike gave me some great core-strengthening exercises to help with a nagging hip injury. I raced a triathlon last month and not only felt amazing the whole way through but PRed in all 3 disciplines. Thank you, Mike!
