Customer service does not really exist. When alarm doesn't work they don't have answers and when part is fixed the alarm still doesn't work. You also get a bill in the mail for parts but are never before hand given the estimated cost.
Very professional, freindly service. They have great prices, great equipment and did a really good job with my install. Very appreaciated.
