Called to schedule a service call for my A/C not working. They dispatched someone later, the same day I called. Tech came to my home and inspected the compressor pad. He found a small mouse nest and cleaned it up. Then diagnosed a part replacement (had this part on his truck). But that did not solve the problem. Then, re-scheduled the call to install a printed circuit board/PCB (not on his truck), as it measured dead too. I have been so impressed with their customer service. I have a commercial building that the system was leaking. We are doing Qtr. maintenance to keep it going as long as possible. They techs are always helpful and have the experience. I appreciate all you do !
