I have been seeing Dr. B Ford more then 13 years. He is one of the best. Very caring and loving for all his patients. All the staffs are so wonderful to communicate with especially they are dealing with hundreds of clients. Two thumbs up for all of them.
Have been seeing Dr Ford for the past few years. Staff have always been friendly, helpful and professional with me, whether in person or over the phone. I’m a senior (like nearly all, if not all of the patients) and I’ve never encountered any kind of impatience by anyone there. Once you’re in the clear glass waiting room, yes the wait is often quite long so bring some reading or ear pods for listening to something (keep an ear open for your name to be called). Dr. Ford himself is amazing. The staff at the desk and on the phone…not so much. Very impatient, seems like a chore to answer any questions, and they sigh when you ask more than one thing of them.

I’ve been going to Dr Ford for years, he is very professional and has treated me very kindly. He is soft spoken and caring. I feel very fortunate on every visit. Yes sometimes there’s waits, he sees lots of patients, if the provincial standards were different im sure there would be no complaints. To accommodate a lab, equipment, surgery facilities and appointments is extremely costly. People don’t realize that. He’s become a friend for taking and contributing for my health.
