B6 Fitness def has taken my fitness to the next level. Class sizes are no more than 4 people, but feels like a personal session. Doug the trainer is very knowledgeable and the full body workouts he creates are challenging, but in the good way. I always left the class feeling accomplished, like a Bad A$$.
