Dr.Mark Azzopardi has been my physician for over 25 years and he is the best family doctor I have ever experienced. His reception team is very polite and courteous and Mark is thorough with diagnoses, referrals and follow ups. Mark is not only a great doctor, but an awesome person to know. This week, I called the receptionist twice to follow up on whether my son’s referral had been received. During my first call, I was told that no referral had arrived, so I contacted my doctor’s office and they re-faxed it. When I called back the second time, the receptionist became noticeably agitated and aggressive.
