HIGHLY suspected insurance fraud here. If you call for a refill, they send you a link via text. When you click it, it opens a FaceTime-type chat with your doctor who asks what refill you need, which you tell him/her, and then you hang up. No diagnosis, no treatment, no discussion of symptoms. THEY THEN BILL INSURANCE FOR A TELEHEALTH VISIT, incurring charges to your insurance and copays to you! ALL FOR A MEDICINE REFILL. Worst service ever
I went there yesterday and the doctor wasn’t too professional. Everything he said he was kind of looking it up on his phone and didn’t really do an exam to diagnose.
This place has to ro be the worst medical clinic i have ever experienced in my life. The psychiatric department is a nightmare the doctors that don't listen to there patients it is impossible to get an accurate appointment i have been having difficulty with the psychiatrists and there staff they say they schedule u an never do my dr that I have been seeing has now been an issue since I called to make an appointment for medication to manage my mental health i have had a total of 4 cancelled appointments and there was not 1 co... read more
