I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice, especially for psychiatric care. My family member was receiving telehealth services and prescribed medications without what appeared to be appropriate monitoring or follow-up. Despite a known history of severe reactions to certain medications, prescriptions continued without sufficient oversight. As someone seeking mental health assistance this establishment has effectively worsened everything I suffer from. They cancelled on me 30 minutes before my appointment because the doctor wasn't going to be in the office. No shot they only found that out 30 minutes before hand at like 11:20am. They do not care, are unresponsive, utilize some kind of Indian call center that just refers to themselves as "doctors office" instead of the name of the practice. Avoid this place.

The people answering are from India are very unprofessional. When you talk to them they use non-word expression like mm-hmm for yes or agree. Who does that with a patient. I asked for a copy of my colonoscopy and it’s been 3 months without any result. Recently called to asked for a refill and they said the person was with another patient and got my info then said they call back right away and it’s been almost a week. Just an overall subpar experience. The psychiatrist I met with along with the psychologist were both fine experiences. But the "office staff" experience was absolutely awful and ultimately caused me to leave the practice.
