AZZ was so helpful guiding me through this process.
Horrible communication. Dr. David Buckley is not helpful. Dr. Kelly Houston is great though. It’s difficult to schedule and cancel appointments with the call center operating, out of clinic, you will have to either talk to a screen inside or call and try to communicate most times unsuccessfully. You ask one person one thing and then another person calls you and says a different thing.
Poor service, impossible to contact to schedule an appointment and when you manage to schedule they cancel you without informing you in advance and make you waste your time
Do not come here. It doesn’t matter how desperate you are for help. They would schedule me for a meeting and then the day if the meeting the doctor wouldn’t show or they would call asking for me to reschedule. It’s not worth the time at all. I terminated services due to this inconsistency.
Bad communication, they transfer you from Ai to another Ai to another Ai voice mail and you got no answer for small and easy answer question, yes or no answer. Not recommended Doctore Syed Ahmad is good docrore . But the system is bad .
