I'm writing to share some feedback on my recent appointment on April 2024 for a wash, trim, and deep conditioner. While I enjoyed my first visit to the salon, this recent experience fell short of my expectations. During the service, I noticed several phone calls that interrupted the flow of the appointment. I've been getting my hair pressed and curled here for over 20 years! There is nobody else I'd trust to press my hair. The styles last and my hair is healthy and growing.
