BUYER BEWARE. Some people just don't want business. I called to get a quote to clean my apartment. I offered to give him the square footage, but he insisted he only needed to know how many rooms. He quoted a "base price" of $39 per room and that his cleaner would give the final quote upon arrival for the job.
