I want to start off by saying, I never leave reviews. I hate leaving reviews for bad service or non performing services. For Azusa carpet care, I am making an exception. I scheduled service with them to clean 4 bedrooms and set up an appointment for Friday between 2-4pm. I hired a person to be there that Friday to let ACC in and facilitate their cleaning process. I contacted Azusa Carpet Care based on a google search & reviews. The staff immediately set my mind at ease that I had chosen wisely. They answered all my questions on the phone and was very professional and accommodating and did an excellent work.

A bad experience. I was quoted $89 for two rooms over the phone only to be told $350 in person. I was told my carpet needed deep cleaning... I thought steam cleaning was deep cleaning. I live in a 1BR condo with no hallways just two 12x12 boxes side by side -- a living room and a bedroom. My carpet isn't super dirty so the increase seemed a little suspect. He called his boss who then said $250. Bad vibes, no thanks. I called Stanley Steamer and they gave me a flat rate of ~$180. They will be over tomorrow at 7am. I typically... read more

Results excellent. Highly satisfied! Technician was on time, efficient and professional. I really appreciated it! You could really tell me put a lot of time and energy into our carpet and our place smells great. Thank you! Very quick, professional, good service and great price!!!
