We carried our pool dolphin to them to have some work done on it and they adv it was still under warranty and fixed it very quickly. All employees are very polite and helpful. My wife calls our dolphin Fiona like the hippo and they even put a Fiona sticker on it for her. Thanks again and will be back again.

I've purchased 2 above ground pools from this place and theyve always treated me very well.
Friendly & knowledgeable guy assisted us. He was very attentive and helpful. There were only 3 hot tub models displayed on the showroom floor, but our sales guy brought us brochures, prices, answered all out questions, recommended products, and even gave us a list of people who can come once a month to maintain spa tub. This was the first place we stopped at and our sales guy encouraged us to drive over to the Monroe store....which we did. We got to the Monroe store and we're greeted with the same great service.
