We had contacted a few companies re repairs to our hot tub with no success before contacting Azure pool services . They were very helpful when discussing the issues over the phone and sent engineer out the following week. It was discovered the mother board was the issue and a new one ordered and fitted. It was then discovered we had issues with the software which needed updating after some fault finding by the engineers . We were always informed of progress and timescale. Would highly recommend for servicing and all repairs.
