Very happy to recommend Mark from Azure Plumbing. He responded quickly to an emergency after we'd been badly let down. He installed our Quooker Tap perfectly and tided up a "Heath Robinson" mish mash of pipes under the sink. The job took considerably longer than he anticipated but he stuck to his original quote which is refreshing in this day and age.

Although we can’t fault Mark’s workmanship his communication and reliability were in our experience awful. On numerous occasions we texted (as he states not to call and leave a voice message) asking him to return and finish a job. His response was always delayed by days and most times when be promised to turn up he was a no show. We appreciate that he is busy, however we could never get Mark to commit to a time and date even if it was sometime in the future. We recently had an issue with our boiler and contacted Azure Plumbing. Mark was fantastic—he came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and arranged for a new boiler to be delivered and installed within the week. The installation was done to a high standard, and he was tidy, professional, and efficient throughout. When we had a minor follow-up issue, Mark came out the same day and sorted it free of charge. He was helpful and professional throughout, and we really appreciated his prompt service. Highly recommend!
