Extremely poor craftsmanship. The AC drain line in our brand new home was “sealed” with tape on outside of the PVC piping instead of using primer and cement. This caused water to leak from the second story of our home down into the first story through a light fixture. Azure NW reluctantly did the bare minimum to fix the issues and it was a total nightmare to deal with them. I would never buy a home from them again.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. They rented us their property and then kept the entire deposit even after we repaired very small damages (like nail holes). Very unscrupulous and would never recommend again. Buyer and renters beware
