I don’t often write reviews but I needed to give my feedback on this one. I had a terrible experience at Azure Nails & Spa. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was initiated by one technician and finalized by another. Both equally rushing. The manicure was also initiated by one technician (while I was doing my pedicure) but continued by another person. The whole process was interrupted multiple times and continued by several techs. I’ve had good experiences here before, but the nail tech who did my nails today was super rushed and did a really messy job. She didn’t successfully remove all of my old nail polish so there were little black speckles, and she left before my nails were fully done in the uv light so I didn’t know when to take them out. When I took them out, they were covered in little fuzzies. The corners of the nails were also super sloppy. I asked the girl checking me out if she could fix them. This is a beautiful nail salon! This was my first time here, I was in the area running errands and realized I wasn't going to make it to my more usual location for a pedicure and made an appointment at Azure for 7:30. I got a call at about 7:10 letting me know that they could take me early if I was able which I thought was great.
