I owned an Apartment Finding Agency in that area about 5 years ago and tried to rent out a few condo units to clients I had. I totally agree that the condo association is totally disorganized. Everybody I represented who was not Caucasian was never approved by the Association which leads me to believe my clients were discriminated against because of their race or ethnicity. The world worst place to live!!! The condo association is disorganized and beyond NOT helpful. They do what ever they can to make your life a living hell. I wish I never moved here!!! Run for your life.
