I took my sister here for her first-ever massage, and what was supposed to be a relaxing experience turned into something genuinely shocking. We booked a couples massage, and from the moment we walked in, my massage therapist, Joy, didn’t greet me, didn’t introduce herself, and made absolutely no effort to make us feel comfortable.
