Visited for the first a few days ago, still waiting for a call from the manger, and while the services were good, the front desk and pricing is not. We went on a gift card which was bought over the holidays for a massage and facial, which is what was booked. Upon arrival, I asked how much the gc was for and was told for a massage and facial but never the value. My friend got a massage and I went in for my facial, both which were to be an hour. Kristina was excellent.
Awful service. I received a last minute call to report to work as I serve active duty military, and the staff showed no understanding nor willingness to accommodate. I also don’t get additional pay to go into work on the weekends. They took the entire service charge of $185 out of my credit card as soon as we got off the call.
