Recently moved to Lake Country from AB. Had x-rays and a cleaning done today with Summer. She was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. I have also seen Dr. Wells and she is fabulous too. She is thorough, gentle, and always checks to see if I am good to go. I feel very comfortable with the staff here. The front staff are professional and personable. Great experience for my family and I.

After moving to lake country I had a root canal done at this office. I was booked in with a dentist that no longer works there and left in tears because he was clearly flustered and uncomfortable with the equipment he was using ( I also was unaware or told I would be his first root canal patient as to why he wasn’t used to there equipment) I then reached out to the owner Dr Winsor and she told me my X-rays looked fine and she would continue with putting on the porcelain crown. we are new to Lake country. My daughter in law had a bad experience here. They overcharged by a considerable amount. She had to go back two times for cleaning and they damaged her mouth. She ended up on antibotics. Paying $600.00 for this service is ridiculous. My son went to Dr. Black in Kelowna and was charged $200.00 less. We all maintain good dental hygiene so don't know why this service ended up being so much. When I phoned the Receptionist was very cold. Won't be going back or recommending this dental clinic.
