So my family and I stayed aug 23 - aug 29. I booked through airbnb with vacasa. I left some items in my room, they informed me that the items were located, told me they would send me an email regarding shipping prices to receive the items. Never received an email and i reached out a total of three times. "Sorry, we will send a email regarding your things." THEY NEVER SENT AN EMAIL. So Im assuming they stole my things at this point.
