Absolutely do not waste your time or money leasing here. Management is constantly changing and is awful. They are absolutely incapable of solving issues within the complex and are constantly going back and forth with rules. All the amenities are mediocre at best. Gym has tons of broken equipment/ missing weights, the pool is always dirty, and the clubhouse is disgusting. Property managers are so rude. The trash person barely does their job and they force you to pay extra for "valet trash" where there are a million rules and stipulations around how the trash has to be for them to pick it up or else they won't do it. If you ask to opt out of valet trash they say you can't because they are just trying to get more money from you. Management continues to get more and more rude. I love the maintenance men though they are the best.
