Willy was the best tour guide !!! Super nice and efficient
So glad I live somewhere that people throw up and let their dogs piss everywhere and when you file a service request they close it and ignore you. And it’s not like the office ever answers their phones. Super difficult to get in touch with them. All spots shown in pictures are still visible in building 8000, 3rd floor. The other walkways are filthy but this is the worst I’ve seen. For the cost of this place the walkways should be cleaned regularly. My mother just moved out here, and we’ve had a great experience. It’s a beautiful community with a nice atmosphere. Reading some of these reviews makes you wonder how some of your neighbors really feel . Sad and disgusting A few summer days at the pool doesn’t define an entire apartment community. Reviews should reflect the overall experience, not just one frustrating afternoon. We’ve found this to be a wonderful place to call home.
Ana was so sweet, loved touring the apartment with her! Great spot for anyone coming from out of town wanting the florida lifestyle!!
