I moved into this community about 4 months ago, and overall, the property itself is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained, and you can clearly see improvements being made since the transition from Provenza to Palmaris. It truly has great potential and is very visually appealing. Unfortunately, my experience has not been the greatest. Since moving in, I have been dealing with ongoing noise issues from my upstairs neighbor. We had a great tour of the property! All of the amenities were very nice, and they’re constantly updating and adding to them (ex. they are building a pickleball court). Shaileny was very friendly and helpful!
